Planning Scheme Amendments

Centrum Town Planning has significant expertise in preparing and managing planning scheme amendments.  We have been involved with a large number of planning scheme amendments for local government and private clients throughout Victoria, including the implementation of land use strategies, land rezonings and changes to overlays.   We also assist clients with submissions to planning scheme amendments and representation at panel hearings.
