Bendigo Temporary Fire Station
This project involved obtaining a planning permit for a new fire station in an industrial zone in Bendigo. Centrum Town Planning worked closely with designers and the CFA to address range of planning considerations, including environmentally sustainable design, access and car parking and landscaping.
East Bendigo Warehouse
This project involved a use approval for a new warehouse and storage business in an existing industrial shed. The proposal required planning approval due to the proximity of residential zones. Centrum Town Planning worked closely with the business to document the previous and proposed use of the site and successfully addressed amenity and use related issues to enable a permit to be issued.
Heathcote Materials Recycling
This project involved a new planning permit for a materials recycling business in an industrial area in Heathcote. Centrum Town Planning successfully assisted the client in addressing environmental and planning issues.
